At Brynaviqo S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Brynaviqo") we respect your privacy and protect the personal data you entrust to us, in compliance with Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and the regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you provide voluntarily when subscribing to our newsletter: full name and email address. We also collect basic technical browsing information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is used to: (a) send you educational materials on personal finance and the Argentine economy; (b) respond to your enquiries; (c) improve the quality of the portal through anonymous statistics; (d) comply with legal obligations applicable in Argentina.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your free, express and informed consent in accordance with Article 5 of Law 25.326. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your newsletter subscription remains active or for the period necessary to fulfil the described purposes. After that period, data is deleted or anonymised securely.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or transfer your personal data. We may only share it with technical service providers (email delivery, website hosting) acting as data processors under our instructions and with contractual confidentiality commitments.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Chapter III of Law 25.326, you may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection by writing to contacto@brynaviqo.com. The AAIP, the control authority, has the power to handle complaints and claims regarding personal data protection (Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access controls.

9. Minors

The portal is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that data from a minor has been registered, we will proceed with its immediate deletion.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Modifications take effect once published on this page, indicating the date of the most recent update.
